by Chloë Steele & Matt Rogalsky
perfect imperfect is a collaborative project between Chloë Steele and Matt Rogalsky. Their work follows a period of research in a vast 200 year-old house in Norfolk, exploring the building as a relic of Empire. Chloë Steele will be making a performative wall drawing of architectural interiors, to occupy the second stairwell of the Gallery. Accompanying the drawing process will be a temporary sound work by Matt Rogalsky, investigating the acoustics of the drawn interiors, articulated throughout by the voice of Queen Victoria.
